Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By filling in any form on the aict.az website, by uploading a medical study (an MRI or CT scan, an X-ray image, a fluorography image or other images obtained by radiological diagnostic methods; hereinafter - the "Source Data") or by performing other actions that imply consent, I (hereinafter - the "User") confirm that I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator of the aict.az service (hereinafter - the "Operator", contact e-mail: mail@aict.az) to process my personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan on personal data.

1. Categories of Personal Data

This consent is given in respect of the following categories of data:

• medical images (MRI and CT scans, X-ray images, fluorography images and other radiological diagnostic images) uploaded by the User, and the accompanying information (complaints, medical history);
• e-mail address - if provided by the User voluntarily;
• other data provided voluntarily in free form;
• technical data (IP address, cookies, request logs).

2. Purposes of Processing

• automated processing of the provided Source Data with the aict.az software and delivery of a report (PDF file) to the User;
• provision of access to the generated report and its storage for the established period;
• informing the User about the processing status and related matters;
• improving the quality of the service - exclusively on anonymized data that does not allow identification of the User.

3. List of Actions Performed on Personal Data

The Operator is entitled to perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction - both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Term of the Consent

This consent is effective from the moment it is given and until it is withdrawn. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a notice to mail@aict.az with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

Upon receipt of a withdrawal, the Operator ceases the processing of the personal data and deletes it within 30 days from the moment the notice is received, except where continued processing is required by applicable legislation. Regardless of the withdrawal of consent, study files and reports are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
