User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms of use of the aict.az service (the “Service”) - software for automated processing of medical images. The Service is operated by the aict.az service team (the “Operator”). Contact e-mail: mail@aict.az.

By using the Service (uploading a study, entering a promo code, receiving a report or performing any other actions on the Site), the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full. If the User does not agree to the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Service.

1. Terms and definitions

• User - an individual who uses the Service and has accepted the terms of this Agreement.
• Operator - the aict.az service team providing access to the Service.
• Service (Software) - the “aict.az” software for automated processing of medical images, available at aict.az. The exclusive rights to the Software belong to the Operator.
• Source data - medical images (MRI and CT scans, X-ray images, fluorography images and other images obtained by radiology methods) and accompanying information uploaded by the User via the Site interface.
• Report - a PDF file generated as a result of automatic processing of the Source data by the Service software and delivered to the User in electronic form via the Site.
• Beta mode - a trial operation mode in which the Service is provided in its current state (“as is”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Operator provides the User with access to the Service, which automatically processes the Source data provided by the User using its software and generates a Report. The Report is the result of automatic data processing by the Software algorithms and is generated without human involvement.

This Agreement is not a license agreement. The Operator does not grant the User any rights to use the Software outside the Site interface, access to the source code or the right to copy the Software.

3. Beta mode and access terms

The Service operates in beta mode and is provided completely free of charge. Access to study processing is granted with the promo code SABAHHUB.

In beta mode, the Operator may limit the number of processed studies, suspend the Service for maintenance and change its functionality. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service in beta mode.

4. Informational nature of the Report

The Service is not a medical service. The Report is of a reference and informational nature, is not a medical opinion or diagnosis and does not replace an in-person consultation with a radiologist or attending physician. The Report is the result of automatic processing of the data provided by the User by the software.

Any medical decisions made by the User on the basis of the Report are made at the User's own responsibility. For all matters related to your health, please consult a physician.

5. User obligations

The User undertakes to provide Source data of correct format and quality. The User warrants that the uploaded Source data belongs to them or is provided with the consent of the data subject, and that the transfer of such data to the Operator does not violate applicable law.

The User is prohibited from taking actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service or gaining unauthorized access to the Software or other users' data.

6. Rights to the Report and the Software

The User may use the received Report for personal purposes without restrictions. The exclusive rights to the Software itself, its components, algorithms, interfaces and knowledge bases remain with the Operator.

7. Confidentiality and personal data

Personal data of the User and other data subjects contained in the Source data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. The Operator undertakes to keep the Source data and the Report confidential, except in cases provided for by applicable law.

8. Liability

In beta mode, the Service is provided “as is”. The Operator is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Service or for the consequences of medical decisions made by the User or third parties on the basis of the Report.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Operator may unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement by publishing a new version on the Site. The new version applies from the moment of its publication. Continued use of the Service after the publication of a new version constitutes the User's acceptance of its terms.

10. Operator details
